Believe or not it's still just raining up here! Quite heavily too!

Wish I was on a later shift driving the trams today. Would be an interesting trip down the line from Wolves to Brum right now!

I know it's rubbish, probably closer to the reality though, GFS a bit pants accuracy wise, and with fergie saying no mild Spring, GFS to flip on 00Z

What do the numbers mean?

Level of disappointment out of a total score of 20?

Number of seconds of sunshine?

Number of snowflakes to fall next winter?

:D

Edit: Oh yeah...it's snowing here now...almost forgot to say!

Nobble  et al,

I think we have a situation where we are getting an undercut of cold air from the north east.

It is probably the same precipitation that started over the peak district and as the low moved south it has dragged in the colder upper air from the north east, as shown by the fact that it turned first in bedworth and Nuneaton then Cov,then ,and then central Bham. Will it get to you guys in the west ?

I suspect we will see a north northeasterly set in,  as the snow stops. Which should seal it.

MIA.

Yes bad luck,so close.Looking at the radar we can see the quite small area running through Warks down to Coventry south.

It seems a slow moving feature but it's any ones guess how long this will last.

Ooh, radar showing something on top of me, time to look outside...EFFING LIGHT RAIN AGAIN.

I actually feel quite bad for you Shrewsbury and Telford members. Every time our region gets any interesting weather all I hear from you and others in Shropshire is that your getting none of it. I really hope you get a break soon as surely your day will come.

Ok this is interesting. Left the NIA arena in birmingham, sleet and wet snow falling. Train goes through Leamington Spa and it seems to be snowing quite a bit there. I've looked at the radar and it looks like Oxford is kopping for it right now! 1c with a dew of 0c and snow. Can't wait for this train to hurry up and get there

It's my birthday tomorrow, what a present this would be.
