A bit of a shame. Went to Exmouth as the what looked like dying thundery shower approached. Then, as I arrived in Exmouth it turned into a thunderstorm and all I got was torrential rain, no thunder, no lightning. Better luck this evening.

Dont think weve seen the last of it either here going by the radar, more storms developing and pushing north too. First storm now passed but was very fun. Rain was crazy. Ill be getting some pictures shortly as you can really see the lovely huge clouds now its moving away

Know the feeling mate - might get our chance tomorrow with the cold front sweeping through. I haven't experienced one surfaced based storm this year (or even one proper clap of thunder) so fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Yes hopefully we will get an explosion before the heat and humid air goes away but we did get our big storm on August 13th which pretty much lasted until late afternoon.

Long deep rumbles here now and some flashes. Can really feel the energy today. Hands and feet feel tingly at times.
