Hello fellow weather enthusiasts

I have an odd sighting at the region of Ghent in Belgium. I saw what appeared to be a funnel cloud near the inflow bands of a forming thunderstorm. Am I correct in assuming this?

Not for me, looks like scud.

Also the texture of the parent cloud it's attached too looks more like outflow rather than inflow.

I'm sure some of the experts on here will be able to englighten you more:)

I think it is a funnel cloud quite sure.

I'd say it is scud because it is not attatched to the cloudbase. Also it is closer than the stormy clouds behind it.
