Just had 2 light showers go through now to some beautiful TCu and CB especially to my north. Reminds me a bit of April 2012.

Clearer conditions heading this way ahead of the trough. Hopefully it'll pep up a little this afternoon during peak heating hours.

Sun trying to come out too provide some Thunderstorm food. If it does temps will rocket a brief sunny spell added over 1c to high temp in a very short time.

Torrential rain just passed through, no thunder. Main risk gone for today I think. Still waiting for my first rumble of the year.

Rumbles of thunder now. Not sure if it's north west or the shower to the south of me

Most probably to your south.

Yeah it was. Just heard another. Think the second band of showers will pass north of here. Quite a bit of thunder coming from that storm to the south though

Actually, having checked the direction I think the showers are moving in a NNW direction and so anything over Brum more likely to affect Staffordshire than here.

A few sferics breaking out between Evesham and Banbury.

New cell developed WNW of Plymouth coming this way, will probably die out as it reaches here.
