55 pages of topic and it hasn't even started yet lol. Humidity gone up here the breeze felt cooler earlier not now though I've got the fan back out. It's actually feeling a bit eerie here sort of darkening with signs of instability all eyes on France/ channel now. This was always a tough one to forecast more now say I think. Here's hoping for all of us.

The fens might be boring but from my farm I can see for miles in all directions. Going to be a great night. We look right in the firing line. Camera on charge!

Torn between going to the local and watching a overseas American band, or staying put nowcasting and waiting up until 2am before anything comes this way. Decisions, decisions.

Any interesting views from your farm - for photography purposes / trees etc?

Agree the Fens are a real pain in the winter due to the lack of elevation, but on nights like this can be some amazing views to be had.

Got spalding power station cooling towers 5 miles to my East. The Bourne hills are 8 miles to my West with nothing in between. Nearest neighbours 1/2 mile away and they are my parents!

sat on the side of the road in my fold up chair about 10 miles from home. Im sure people wonder what the hell im doing. some quite beefy accas turrets going up here. Wind is se and feels a bit cool, so will be suprised if anything roots below 700mb here, but on the the other hand some nice inflow if so. 5 miles east of Swindon now (thats close enough!). good luck all :)
