Looking at the radar and outside it looks like the heavier stuff will be done for me, maybe another cm in the next hour or so. Have done very well out of this, looking forward to letting my rabbits have a play in it tomorrow while I experiment  my new camera! Enjoy the rest of the evening everybody!

Judging the radar , I would say Leeds will see lighter stuff for the next hour or so , Barnsley will see something a little heavier over the next hour , Sheffield I can see another few cm's incoming later this evening from the NW , Anything North or East of these locations may see flurries

There is a very intense part of the main bit of this that looks to be possibly going towards the Hebden Bridge to Huddersfield area. One to keep any eye on, as could deliver a few cm's on its own. Will miss here by a few miles :/

Indeed, keeping an eye on the radar, been OK here so far, a few cms, all surfaces covered including all side roads. If it freezes overnight I'm glad it's Sunday tomorrow so no commute !

With snow still falling, I think today just shows how unpredictable snow is to forecast, and it has been a great evening, with a few hours of very heavy snow!

Great to see, and although I expected some snow this evening, it;s still be brilliant!

Imagine we might see a freeze up over night...

It looks so peaceful and scenic here. No wind, a nice layer of snow on everything. Totally awesome.
