It actually snowed a few times here in Cardiff really heavy too, but unfortunately ground was too wet for snow to settle.

Looks good for Gloucester and wilts but needs a westward correction for somerset and Bristol to join in?

 

No I think it is tracking south east... look at wind direction on graphics.

Was deffo more snow than sleet but I opened the door and you know with sleet you can hear it landing on surfaces. It sounded a bit hard.

South Wonston, a couple of miles North of you.

 

I didn't think anything would settle from that shower but just been out to the bin and there's a thin slushy layer on the lid.

Cold rain showers all day to day in the south of Cornwall . radar looks like it's changing from blues to greens and I type, keeping the faith here and hoping the colder air floods South and west soon.

Lovely hail shower in Verwood earlier today; and some wet snow here in Poole a little while ago.

Had a weird sleety (nearly, so nearly snow), hail, graupel mix about an hour and a half ago.. Now there's no precipitation

However the shower did leave icy deposits on cars!

Just noticed a small splatter of snow on my shed roof through window, opened the window to check if snow was still falling and it wasn't, but there are two white lights in the sky chasing each other round and round, I have no idea what it is?????
