Area developing around Blackpool should bring wet snow to Greater Manchester below 100m.

Right now I think the snow level is fluctuating at around 90 meters.

Rain in Cheadle Hulme (75m). Snow in Higher Poynton. (110 m).

Well I'm near Winter hill in Bolton and it was sleet. Lmao

Just watched the Alex Deakin forecast.

Just watch that huge plume of heavy snow completely avoid us (por certainly me here in Bolton.)

Can't wait for this utter farce of a winter to end, bring on Spring/Summer.....

Perhaps a little further towards the coast in this WNW'rly bringing moderated dew points in a tiny bit?

The models a couple of days ago had the highest accumulations around your area.

Proving that these events models can give a rough idea, but as every event is unique you just have to wait until it comes to see what surprise is in store :)

I wouldn't class myself near the coast :)

Blimey you make it sound like we dictate the weather in the

South of the region, it really is not in our hands what falls out

Of the sky, I understand your dissapointment, but come on its

The weather, and it is totally out of our hands

C.S

It was snowing hard in Burnley when I came through about an hour ago.

Roads were white and no signs of even sleet, never mind rain.

not here though

I think only higher parts will see snow and more central parts, lancs is pretty poor for snow especially the Preston area where my missus if from, it's awful for getting snow there!
