Itv weather says it travels east then sinks south so make of that what you will

Eh? The use LED's as LED's are kind of perfect for the job. Lighting bills are colossal for the local councils and switching to LED's saves them a fortune.

 

Also this seems a lot further north than the models were showing, so should be good for Lancashire :)

 

Is it further north though ? I thought is was due to start slipping se then e ?

The snow will be with us in Manchester at 18.30 following the Wearther Pro software.. from the front coming on NW- SE direction.. then will merge with the front that is crossing Wales on a SW-NE direction.. Sorry i cannot attach any graphics to ilustrate.. be ready chaps!!

Yeah AGW policies  are making it harder to see the snow!  :fool:

yeah. They just done our street andbthere now white. Hiw u meant to see snow with white street lights and 50% dimmer.

It will be on the fylde coastline in kess than an hour at the rate its moving. Also worth noting that the low centre is moving up into the jrish sea also as per @backtrack mentioning it the other day

You cannot beat Weather Pro its brilliant and it give you about 3 h predictions on the radar and the kind of ppn you are getting.. at the moment red=snow!!

Met office app is great it has predicted rain /snow in one hrs chunks going forward about 24hrs

Apparantly its a bit sleety in Wales, surely that doesnt bode well?

 

Depends where. Southern half and west/northwest coasts were always going to be out of the game. Mid/North Wales should be snow though.
