south west reporting sleet/snow so this coming in on radar right now might well be good for snow especially with a likle bit of height

Confirmation on bbc news now about friday - slider low hitting easterly cold air and producing snow - with a cheeky grin on the forecaster's face lol

Winds increasing again here and showers inbound. Hopefully tomorrow will be drier.

Enjoying the novelty of bright sunshine and blue skies.  Amazing what a sunny day looks like given how rare a phenomenon they've been over the last 3 months.

Must have come down quick nothing earlier

Its all heading south on the radar.

A day of hail/snow and sleet showers,the soft hail shower gave the only brief slight dusting at noonish time 4.2c max.

A mix of patchy light rain/sleet/flakes of snow now 2.5c

About time to see a reverse westerly coming in.

Snowed in brynmawr since 2pm. Heavy but fine. Was settling but seams to be melting.  0.2 degrees out with dew point of -1

An absolute gale blowing out there right now winds gusting 40mph but nothing like imogens 70mph.

yes it's blowing a gale here too after a brief respite from yesterday

Feels milder now thàn this afternoon winds picked up here
