My drive home from work tonight! Shame it didn't stick around!

Snowing here, and now settling quite rapidly. Who'd have thought it.

Thursday night into Friday is not without interest, rain pushing in

From the south cold air from the north, as Nick has posted in the

Mad thread there IS a possibilty of a significant snow event for

NI, NWales, and Northern England, one to watch for sure

C.S

Yes, but look at the surface temperatures & DP's for that time frame. Not supportive of snow.

Afternoon all, just noticed the wind has picked up here in the last half hour or so, no rain yet. Gates and bins battened down ready for action

just started raining here .

Nice to see some fellow Liverpudlians on here. :-)

:D  Hi Chris, I know what you mean. Weather looking fairly lively for us in the next day or so, maybe a trip to the iron men could be in store tomorrow after work

lol yes, I was thinking of going to the beach as well tomorrow. I went there last year during that storm of the 5th December which coincided with a spring-tide, and the waves had topped the sea-wall and were over the dunes behind it. was amazing.
