Just turned to wet snow here, the first since March 2013. Its weird as the temperature has actually risen to 0.9C.

Pretty much the same but its getting patchier further east and hasn't reached your area yet. Its just stopped here in fact.

Well after years of waiting I have seem my first few snow flakes in grimsby! But as others have said air temperature and dew temperature have now risen resulting in rain.

The difference a few miles makes, we have the lightest sugar-coating and that's it. Fortunately it looks like another area of precipitation is about to arrive. Hopefully this one wont stop after 2 minutes.

Taken 15 mins ago......or maybe not! This was December 2010 in East Hull. Wow we was spoilt wasn't we...and to think were all excited by a dusting! How I'd love another repeat!

Snowing here again now from that second area of precipitation. Its not surprising that it's rain/sleet near the coast, the temperature is just favourable at 0.8C with a dewpoint of 0.2C.

I would happily take a light sugar covering right now all we've had here is a 5 or so min snow shower need my snow fix !!lol!!
