Evening all. Grey and murky all day here. Come mid afternoon it got quite foggy, which has now lifted and a fine drizzle in the air. Felt quite mild also today, compared to recent days.

Anyway this doom and gloom is not getting me down, we exchanged contracts last Friday and move into our new house Friday.... Yippppeeee ( hopefully it will be dry)

No sun - no moon!

No morn - no noon -

No dawn - no dusk - no proper time of day.

No warmth, no cheerfulness, no healthful ease,

No comfortable feel in any member -

No shade, no shine, no butterflies, no bees,

No fruits, no flowers, no leaves, no birds! -

November!

Thomas Hood- November poem ... How right he was!

Morning all

The fog never really left here, looked out during the night and it was still there, as it is this morning, drizzle continues too so it is very damp out and feeling cooler with it, dull looks set to be today's theme.

tonight

the odd shower around but looks mainly dry

temps around 5-8 degrees (plenty of cloud and localised mist)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

tomorrow

PPVE89.gif?31415

a windy south east flow

rainfall

141127_1200_30.png

looks dry

temps

27-582.GIF?27-12

around 10-11 degrees

cloudcover

141127_1200_24.png

we should see some sun in the afternoon today

makes a change :) :)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

tomorrow night

PPVG89.gif?31415

still a breezy south east flow but will ease down overnight

temps

141127_1200_36.png

due to cloud in east -north east and far south east temps around 6

cooler west of our region down to 5-6 degrees

42-583.GIF?27-12

rain = nil

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

saturday

PPVI89.gif?31415

still a south east flow and looks weaker

temps

51-582.GIF?27-12

around 10-11 degrees and locally might go a tad higher

rainfall = nil

141127_1200_48.png

cloudcover

141127_1200_48.png

looks to me like a day of sunny intervals

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

saturday night

PPVJ89.gif?31415

looks dry and chilly

another night to watch for fog

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

sunday

PPVK89.gif?31415

a variable but weak east-north east flow

rainfall = nil

cloudcover

141127_1200_72.png

lack of sun looks likely today

this will restrict temps

75-582.GIF?27-12

around 7-9 degrees and if exposed to the wind a chill will be noticeable

so overall not too bad

anyway back later with the rest if not too late

The drive out this morning was damp and dismal, but then the dullness broke and the sun came out for a time, it's timing today was perfect.

Morning campers

The murk has returned, at least it is not a cool out, no idea what the temp is though as the outdoor sensor is not talking to me again (stroppy little gadget).  Whilst it is not raining it remains damp out though.
