There are problems with net weather! It is 4.3c, my coldest night for a year!

Mostly clear start here, chilly too.

Light rain here at the moment, saw flashes in the channel last night, slept through anything if they made it over land though.

2.8oC out inside the shed here, first frost of the season I have seen.

Bright and calm day here, still cool out, shed sensor is reporting 9.9oC, chucked the washing out on the line anyway to see if it dries before sundown.

Been raining heavily for the past two hours here, was hoping for some thunder to be thrown in but there isn't any so far! 8.3c

I'm hoping to move down to East Sussex sometime soon and really enjoy the whole Bonfire Society thing they have going on down there. I haven't been to the Robin Hood one yet, but thouroughly enjoyed the parade and firework display at the end of Hastings Week just recently. It's a great atmosphere.

 

Section 5 and the Sambalancas always impress.

Grey, wet and miserable here in Nw London currently.

Tired to reply and it disappeared so having another go! Go for it move down to the Sunshine Coast, great for your health and wellbeing in my opinion, as well as the weather of course!

After a lovely blue sky start today it's now 7'c torrential rain, and I just heard a rumbly, bumbly from the heavens, not my tummy although I am ready for my tea!

Evening all, Very interesting output on the site lately reference winter 2014/15. Pre 2009/10 set ups showing, We all know what happened on the 17th December 2009....That would be impressive to have that again.

More thunder and lightning in Dover

Today was not the right day to take my windows out for painting!

 

My hands almost went numb when I was fitting them back in a few hours ago in a chilly breeze, down to 6.1c here

 

 

Me too! I was taking the doggies for a walk around sunset and one of them loves stick throwing. By the end of the walk I was really wishing I'd worn gloves and telling him to "Pick it up" - just couldn't take my hands out of my pockets.

 

Wouldn't mind betting there's a slight ground frost overnight or morning.

 

It's been clear as a bell and sunny all day here, so I'm quite surprised by the reports of rain in Dover.

Overnight min of 5.2c here, 0.2c lower than the night before. Tonight will be interesting, there will be plenty of ground frosts around!

Looking at a low of 2.7c here tonight, NW shows  a low of 0.4c for you tonight.

 

Damn the warm SST's! My minima's are always high lately being near the coast, hopefully it starts cooling off soon

6.5C here, with heavy rain. Pretty foul day in my book.
