Hi res, good find :hi: Tony is right "its only 30 minutes interval though"...Ahhh! whats this.... try going into settings (top right) change the Animation rate to 10 mins

hi DWW, i was going to say if you go into the settings and change a few things, gives you a bit more flexibility with what you see and how much you want to see, also you can view rain radars from certain countries, i have been watching the usa.

also the app on Iphone  is good, dont know  about android though!

Just shows you how useless GFS 2M temp charts are for a few days out, was going to be 16C/17C today just a few days ago but now GFS is saying 12C which is correct, 12C in very late May is pathetic for a mild easterly, arctic northerlies deliver higher temps, looks like more easterly crap later next week on GFS 12Z just more humid and heavier rain, sick of easterlies to be honest.

I think it will be higher than what you said.

Looks like some of us could get some good thunderstorms tomorrow. Good luck all.

Booked the week of 14th-21st June off and still not booked a holiday but given the unreliable weather in the Med these days it seems North East Europe/Eastern Scandinavia is the new Southern Med. The Baltic States, Belarus and Western Russia year after year seem to be the new place to be for weeks on end of tropical sunshine, vicious thunderstorms and exciting weather despite similar 'average' temperature's to South East England.

What's everyone complaining about. Another fine, warm and sunny day here in west Cornwall albeit with more high cloud. Lol.

Seriously, massive differences between Cornwall and the rest of England these last 2 days but cloudier here from now on too.

Hoping for some big showers/thunderstorms later. It looks like just E of me is the highest risk. But, they could drift W in the evening.

Morning.

16°C and quite muggy after the sunshine earlier, clouds have started bubbling up, it could get interesting later.

A Met Office yellow warning is out; http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/public/weather/warnings/#?tab=warnings&map=Warnings&zoom=5&lon=-3.50&lat=55.50&fcTime=1401318000&regionName=sw

The first few hours of the day were thoroughly rank with high humidity, low cloud, mist, drizzle and sharp showery rain, this on the back of a whole day like that yesterday. Thankfully the cloud began to clear around 10.00 and there have been warm sunny spells since 11.00 which are now leading to convective clouds beginning to build.

Revolting day, hours on end of that horrid fine drizzle that doesn't look heavy but soaks everything. Apart from a reasonable Monday(at least till about 4pm) and a couple of breaks on Tuesday, there has been virtually no sunshine for a week now. It's late May and feels like November.

Yet another grey, sunless utterly foul day with the weekend & beyond now looking rather poor to *sigh*

Saturday is a classic example of one of those days that looks sunny on the face of it but the reality is always:

A lot of dark cloud cover over brean now. Looks like things might start to get interesting. Getting a bit more chilly too compared to earliers mugginess. Maybe rain, hopefully thunder!

Had 6.4mm between 14.00 and 15.30, but no thunder here.  OH reported that there was definitely both near Bridport while he was on the phone to a friend there!  Now simply looking dark grey...

Looking at the radar I've missed out again, massive line of heavy rain heading west, probably some embedded storms too
