Very slight, there is a line of well scattered showers now over Wales moving gradually east, whether they can electrify though? Even should a few become thundery doubt many places will hear thunder.

In a surprising turn of events the muck rapidly burnt away after lunchtime and is only now just coming back in, ended up the warmest day of the year maxing at 28.0c

It's been another nice day here today still feeling very warm out, it may be turning cooler next week but I think it will be welcome for some people who suffer in the heat.

Zero rain here, too. I think Shrewsbury has been trying to copy Solihull's and Birmingham's weather...   

 

Didn't quite think those isolated showers/small storms to the West would get here with the radar showing them dying out. Don't know whether that stuff further out into Wales will get here, though. But kinda hope it does, just so the flowers get a drink.
