These showers are packing a real punch and I wouldnt be surpised if many of them got through to eastern parts as well.

Maybe :-) Need them to back a bit more westerly though as the evening goes on. Fingers crossed.

Snows being lying for 20 minutes here so just another 40 minutes to beat the record so far this winter from November.

It was a heavy hail shower which turned to snow and lasted 10 minutes and the ground became white almost instantly. Been off for 5 minutes but starting to snow again now. Snow on the ground is melting now though

Well what a lovely sight! Just had a heavy, blizzardy shower which lay instantly. Looking at the radar, there are a few lined up to come across us which look to be packing a fair punch. Didn't actually think that they would get as far over.  (remember to click on weather type)

no i reckon we will see quite a few rolling in from the SW in Perth... they are lining up out in the Irish sea but just got to hope they dont fragment too much
