A cold,dry, clear night with a ground frost, an overnight low of -0.8c.

 

Currently; Cold with light winds and clear sky's.

Snow Cover 0.2mm

Clear periods overnight and one or two light snow flurries during the early hours which gave a very thin scatter of snowflakes on the ground by this morning.

Currently it's dry, chilly and sunny with the tops of Cbs visible to the west and south west.

Beautiful sunny if cold day, bit of a breeze at times but nothing other than Cu tops visible to east for cloud, lowest min since 7 April 2013 and lowest max at 5.7 since 29 March 2013.

Clear intervals with some rain and hail showers last night, ground frost, gusty winds.

Rather cloudy with some heavy hail showers 08 -1100, even a few snowflakes observed 0830. Sunny periods and just a few brief hail showers afternoon. Moderate to fresh NNW wind, cold.

After a few very light snow flurries during the early hours of this morning it was a dry and sunny day with a moderate-fresh NW wind.

Frost persisted all day in the shade.

A covering of snow this morning and some snow showers during the morning. A fine afternoon and now it's turned wet and windy. Shetland living up to the phrase "If you don't like the weather in Shetland wait 20 minutes" lol.

Wintry showers from the go, and quite a lot of them as snow which gave a covering for a while, and some snow shows also managed to make it down to sea level, but no sticking there.

A clear cold start to the day with temperature down to -0.3c. A sunny morning with some cloud late morning  & early afternoon. Clear skies as daylight faded again, overnight low of -2.5c currently with clear skies currently, 6mph NW. Rainfall- None.

had the min temp at 2126 of -0.4C the first air frost since April 7th, also -0.4C, its now on 0.9C
