From Southern Trains Website:

 

Extremely high winds are expected during the early morning of Monday 28th October. As a result, Network Rail has declared that there is a high risk of trees and debris falling onto railway lines and as a consequence, it may be unsafe to run trains while the winds persist.

Therefore, Southern and Gatwick Express services will not run tomorrow morning until it has been declared safe to do so.

Passengers are advised to check with National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50 or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk for up to date information as the morning progresses.

Network Southeast as well:

 

The weather forecast for tonight is for severe storms. Strong winds and heavy rainfall can cause trees and branches to fall onto the railway lines and localised flooding. 

If the storm hits our region as predicted - then we may need to start train services later than usual tomorrow morning, likely around 9 or 10am. This will give Network Rail the chance to clear the tracks.

It's important to say at first it will not be the full timetable - so we'll be publishing a guide as to what services will be running later this evening. 

So, keep an eye on this website and check before you travel as we may need to change our train service in response to the weather conditions.

Yes thank you lucky for them the enclosure is a cage and the roof was over the bars its now all fixed but given the approaching weather the chickens and ducks are coming into the conservatory in cages tonight
