Do you think it will reach mid Powys?

The main band was forecast not really to affect Mid Powys too much - but some light snow is to be expected. However the precip is perhaps further north on the radar than I expected, so we may still get some more significant amounts. Further east where you are should be slightly better than here as well.

Tonight is the one night I really don't want to see loads of snow (as we have a major booking over the next two days), so the law of the sod would suggest that we're gonna see loads of it rofl.gif

Temperature down to 0.4°C up here, starting to snow moderately, stinks like hell!!

Freezing cold out - hope this stays all night - day off tomorrow again - do me fine watching this till late!

Mild air taking a bit longer to come in the weekend as well...... interesting.

Yes I witnessed snow sticking to very wet ground on Friday morning, can easily happen.

fine wispy flakes coming down. I think the ground is too wet from thawing to stick though ..

It will be with you in a minute. It's coming up the valley!

There is a bit of hope from the SW England thread.

Wow!!!!!

Just gone from very wet flakes that were just making slush, to huge drier flakes that have made EVERYTHING white in about 10 minutes!!

Any snow for the south Wales valleys 2nite or 2moro

Yes should be with you any minute now, could well be another 5-10cm, valleys really have been a sweet spot during this cold spell.
