Climate Extremes

I think that the extremes in the temperate regions this summer has more to do with the weaker sun and geomagnetic field, that is cause the jet-stream to have large swings.

Many people believe that a warming earth will Cause more extremes in climate in the temperate region. However, historic records does not support that idea. what data shows is that a warmer earth Cause the climate to become more stable.

Its the stronger fast west to east flow of the jet-stream on higher latitude, that reduces extremes in the climate. It stops the summers from getting to hot and the winters from getting to cold, across the maritime and continental regions. Like during the medieval warm period. If you slow down the jet streams, you start to get extremes.
