Just missed out on an air frost last night with a minimum of 0.1º. Now 9.6º, sunny and a light breeze.

A lovely spring day - the first really good day since 30th March.

Min was 2.2C and max 15.8C making it the first day since March to be warmer than Christmas Day .

Sunshine total was 12.2 hours. A welcome respite from the awful weather of the past 6 weeks.

After a sunny start, cloud spread in from the NW to give sunny intervals with 6/8 cloud for a few hours, but it turned totally sunny again for the afternoon and evening, temps up to around 15c, very pleasant and warm out of the breeze.
