Temp last night -2.2, curently +2.0c , 6th day of lying snow,[6cm still in grdn]

Not going to complain about this winter anymore after the way it was looking back in mid jan , i was beginning to believe it just wasent going to happen..

Have now had 2 weeks of subzero night time temps , and day temps that hve barely got above freezing and on 3 occasions have been ice days

Anything from here on will just be a big bonus,. :good: .

Good luck to all tonight and tommorow ..[i am to far east in kent to qualify] :bad:

No complaints here either...6th day also...where snow is untouched by salt, humans or the sun, we still have 2" lying. A flock of Redwings have taken up residency in the garden this year (Waxwings last winter..!!) The charts for next week are also looking interesting...I know it's a long way off, but there has been a few runs now showing a northerly..!!

My weather station this morning is registering a slightly clement indoor temp of 178.0oC, that'll teach me not to unplug it

Could've sworn I saw some snizzle earlier but alas, the radar is as bare as a welsh beach in winter. Must be imagining things! well it was a late night!

Ok i am somewhat confused.

MetO is saying heavy snow in the early hours leading to light snow until about 3pm.

BBc saying no snow.

Here seems to be saying possibly a light dusting.

What is the most likely do we think?
