So then John!

Did this Severe Winter Wave begin in the UK at the end of Nov 2010 :whistling:

Traveling West through the USA and now on to Asia :cold: :cold: :cold:

Yes some phenomenal amounts of snow in south korea. Korea and China seem to have endured some very harsh winters in the past three years it seems..

I found watching the BBC clip very errie - with little sound. The poor animal at the end looked very sad - quite a haunting piece of footage..

In mid-February 2011, residents along South Korea’s east coast were struggling to dig out from the heaviest snowfall in more than a century. The BBC reported that hundreds of stranded motorists awaited rescue, and hundreds of homes had collapsed under the weight of heavy snow. The South Korean government had deployed 12,000 soldiers to assist and rescue residents.
