Tropical Storm Fiona dissapaited this morning. This storm had so much potential, steering currents were good for westward movement into low shear and high sea surface temperatures, however in the end her speed led to her demise as she cought up with Hurricane Earl and was sheared to death, however she probably was the reason for his exeptional outflow.
