Spent more time on this site and watching radar than doing work today :D Thing is it means I have to stay a bit late to get stuff finished - hope central London's gonna be OK when I go home!

im so gutted, have had 2cm so far in total here this winter, missed out every time, none last year, just rain, none the year before, and now im missing out again. I honestly haven't seen more than 2 inces a year since the early eighties, I must be the most unlucky person in the country. And don't say ill get some thurs because things will change by then as they always do, It will end up being no more than just a few flurries for my area. It always looks so promicing for here just a couple of days prior, then it completely changes, Every time. I should be in the perfect place, but it just never goes to plan. Someone help me im going mad!!!

Well i for one am happy i miss all the snow Caddy only has me with a 0-5cm chance of snow so that will do me. I saw the reported in Brighton talking about the urban sheep and yes i can confirm it was snowing. She had a black caot on and did look cold.

I am almost Croydon and no way are we getting even a mm tonight, that band is skirting up towards Heathrow then up into Herts, there won't even be 10mm in our area but hopefully will get some snow by Sunday

Check out the radar and you will see the swirl. Expect snow

I am not calling you a liar! I live in North Brighton - next to Preston Park, I have just opened my door, stood outside, looked at the lampost and felt the raindrops (quite heavy).. I would say it is more rain than sleet.

Edit Again... ITS SNOWING!!!! Fat heavy flakes... amazing - it must have started as sleet and turned to snow...!!!!!!
