Guess this is why it's still rain/sleet in the south east

9PM

But by 3am the chances increase as the 528 line comes across

3AM

Will be snow IF there is any ppn. It showed ppn on the GFS for tomorrow morning for my area. Although, I'm not sure about that as BBC are going for sunshine.

Same here down the road. Sleet with the odd wet flake. Nuisance value and just making the surfaces even wetter after the rain for the last 2 days. Hurry up cold air...

I must just be in the colder air - temp has been around 0-2C for the past few hours. Not sure if the precip will reach this far inland though (I'm in East Herts).

lookin at raintoday radar, and there seems to be quite a few showers coming from the north sea - more than were expected.. do you think that parts of SW London near me could get some?

Slight dusting here in Kesgrave, Ipswich. Very fine stuff in broken clouds, but paths and roads are covering.

Edit: some bigger flakes floating in on the wind, and a nice orange cloud on the horizon.

Snow shower here in coastal Suffolk has left a light dusting, so a good start to the cold spell!

528 DAM air should be passing over you now and the rest of Kent and the South Coast, so in a few hours all showers will be of snow

Nice to see a fellow Kesgrave resident on here!

Yes, there is a slight dusting but it appears to have now turned to sleet; temps must be very marginal...........
