Worldwide Extra Forecasts

Is anyone else getting this error when using the Worldwide Extra Forecasts?

The error has been logged and will be investigated.Untrapped Error:

No such file or directory at /var/www/html/secure/cgi-bin/subs/worldforecasts4.pl line 683.
