Current conditions here in the North East

Blustery SW brreze at the moment with gusts around 20 to 25mph, however there was a gust of 33mph which went through half an hour ago,

current temp....5.8c

dew point..........3.0c

wet bulb............4.6c

wind chill..........3.3c

humidity............82%

pressure 994.9hpa. Pressure at midnight was reading 999.3hpa so a fall of 4.4mb in 9 hours

Has been a dry and windy night, with the SE wind gusting to 35mph. Currently at reading time, dry, bright and feeling cold with a strong SE wind.

There has been a light snowfall and moderate frost overnight and early this morning, giving just a dusting, less than 0.5cm. Minimum air temperature –1.8c, but with the moderate wind, the frost was more penetrating.

Currently at 9am, has become overcast with a vale of Cirrostratus. The rest of the morning and afternoon was fairly bright and cool with sunny spells, the maximum temperature of 6.1c was reached during the late evening. Rain, trace from snow melt.

What a night, very strong winds with high gusts. Winds have died down a bit (20mph gusts in the garden) but it's starting to pick up again. 8c and dry for the moment

Heavy rain for past hour, with a torrential 5 minutes spell recently.

5mm past hour.

Strong S/SE wind, gusting gale force.

Clear intervals early night, then mainly cloudy and windy, odd spot of rain until 1500.

Min: 6.0c yesterday evening.

Max: 8.1c early afternoon.

Yesterdays rain to 0900: 4.6mm.

Currently: Very dull, windy and wet.

Temp: 6.2c.

Pressure: 986 mbar, rising (was as low as 984 mbar an hour ago).

Been dry all day with light cloud and very strong winds. It was sunny for a time this afternoon but now gone dark and very cloudy with the expectation of rain within the next two or so hours. 7.0C

Hi all

Been a very miserable day apart from very early on in the morning where the sun managed to break through. Apart from that it has been very overcast with a very cold wind.

Temp=5.3 risen a bit since earlier probably because of the incoming rain

Pressure -989 falling slowly

RH-75%

Outlook-rainy

Wind getting very gust-just waiting for the rain or hopefully snow to arrive :yahoo:
