Jet Chart For Last Saturyday Night

does anyone know where I cn get a chart showing how the jet was behaving across the Atlantic last Saturday night (7th Jan)?

I was flying back from Boston and had the most turbulent flight I have ever been on whilst over the mid Atlantic :blink: .

The crew were even made to sit down and strap for about an hour and a half! The good news is though we made it back in just over 5 hours!
