Could someone help me.

Everytime i try to upload a picture as my avatar it says file to big i was wondering if anyone knows how i could solve the problem.

Tried to do a bulk upload to my gallery today. It specified that had to be zip files, so I installed winzip, zipped my folder and tried again, however was told that file format not supported. Had to them individually which is a bit of a pain.
