Video Update: Cold end to April, milder for Bank Holiday

The Arctic air will keep things feeling wintry for much of the country, with a raw wind to deal with too, change is on the way though, not all of it good as low pressure brings wind and heavy rain as we head toward the holiday weekend, but it will start to feel milder.
