  1. Interesting read...... An unusually strong warm wave heads for the Siberian Arctic Ocean, raising surface temperatures more than 20 degrees above normal WWW.SEVERE-WEATHER.EU An unusually strong temperature wave is crawling into the Arctic circle, raising temperatures over 20°C above the long term normal
  2. The best events are generally the unexpected, however you still need the right ingredients. Unfortunately the current charts within a generally reliable time frame don’t offer this recipe. We build ourselves up every winter to then 99% of the time come crushing down at the last minute. However..... this is what makes the chase that bit special as and when it does come off and the memories created! There’s always the next run ...️
  3. Relax the GFS 18z will be out later to cheer us all up again
  4. Start of the GFS12z up till Wednesday at mo as it’s updating still look good for the South East in my opinion.
  5. Heavy sleet showers here in Iwade (Sittingbourne) right now.
  6. I believe for a Thames streamer we would need a NE wind direction.
  7. As people can see from the radar the heavier precipitation is just starting to make land fall. Backed up from heavier snow reports in Brighton and Hastings. Give it a chance!
  8. I honestly think we are still an hour or two away from the heavier precipitation which is over the channel. People need to chill and let nature do its thing!
  9. The chance of streamers is more appealing than the current front heading our way! keep us posted on this one!
  10. Ha ha! Here we go again! Depressed posts, it will only be 2cm not the 20 promised yesterday! Every year!
  11. After all of Toms work on Channel Lows this week it would be very fitting for Tuesdays possible event to come off!
  12. The weather only adds to the fun lol a successful lap last night was not spinning at the 3rd corner! Ice rink!
  13. What sort of lap times were you getting out there tonight?
  14. Steve, just got back from Buckmore Park Karting! Word of advise the the right turn past the finish line and the sharp hair pin left we’re like an ice rink!! If tomorrow is colder I wish you all the best lol! Lap times were 54-55 seconds which is 3-4 seconds slower than last week. Still a good night.
