  2. Same here although as the beachcam shows breaks are a appearing, after a mild night with a low of 13.1°C at: 06:00, currently 14.9°C and RH93%
  3. Sat right in the sweet spot as the last 6 hour rainfall coverage suggests, with Mapantz on the western limb and a darker orange
  4. Interesting "features" on this radar display , the line curving south of Swanage has recently developed..
  5. That microclimate is in FULL flow this morning.... 54.2mm so far this morning here, dogs have flippers and snorkels to go out...

Morning All, it's one of those "Nah" mornings...the dogs looked at the pouring rain and said "Nah, we are NOT going out in that!"...it was pouring though as the radar shot shows we are right under the heaviest patch...nice.. With the overnight low and the current temperature nearly the same, currently 12.8°C and so far we have had 29.2 mm of rainfall since midnight
  7. Some welcomed rain as I've been out sorting out one of the beds in the garden.. Norra lot of rain 0.8mm but it's welcomed after turfing the soil over...the flowers & shrubs will appreciate it..currently 14.0°C ..
  8. Morning All, an overcast start with a sub 10°C overnight with 9.2°C at: 03:52, currently 14.9°C The beachcam this morning shows the status quite well this morning with HMS Severn anchored in case of trouble in the Square tonight!

  11. Morning All, a full on sunny start to the day after a sub 10°C night at 9.2°C at: 05:33, currently 13.4°C and looking good on the beachcam

  13. Morning All, after a mild night some mist patches overnight have cleared, and we are off into a bright start, although a layer of St persists, showing nicely in the beachcam this morning After an overnight low of 11.8°C at: 05:24, currently 16.0°C and RH83% with a light breeze in from the SW
  14. Morning All, overcast start to the day as the beachcam shows nicely.. Overnight some light rain adding 0.4mm just after midnight, the temperature low was 12.6°C at: 00:24, currently 16.2°C with RH81% and a breeze in from the SW..
  15. Well that was a storm in a teacup, NOT. Apart from the useful rainfall which topped out at 26.2mm, the winds, well... they weren't windy... From the reported gusts, it appears that the following picked up: Jersey Airport (84 m) 53mph Isle of Portland (53m) 39mph Bournemouth (10 m) 30mph...and that was gusts Ah well, after a low of 11.0°C at: 06:51, currently 12.3°C and RH91% pressure 998.0mb rising slowly..

With light rain falling, you know the type, not really heavy in fact not a lot compared to the west of the region, but the sort that if you were to stand outside in it, it would take forever to get wet... Wind already in from the SSE and still a breeze...but my bin is out ready to get blown over, like all the others in the street..
