We live on a croft on the beautiful Isle of Lewis with our 4 children. We have hens, sheep, horses, cats and dogs. We grow alot of our own fruit and veg as well. 

 My passion for the weather started very young when up with my parents during winter storms. My love for it continued through my degree in Environmental Science which I teach at the local school. Now it helps me plan the day to day running of the croft. My husband has even set up a tailor made Island proof weather station!
