  1. Woke to a icing Suger dusting this morning and -3c. Glorious day so far. If the fun and games arrive I am away in Gateshead till Saturday, so drive home could be fun.
  2. Currently 8c here in Striling, but showers starting to pepper the Ochil hills, expecting the temp to start dropping soon.
  3. Drove up from Stirling to Tyndrum last night and it was cloudy all the way. Gave up after 11pm
  4. Another nice day out side after a frosty start. Great viewing of Moon, Venus and Jupiter last night.
  5. If this weather keeps up might be getting my mower oot. Just back from Tesco and car reading 12c. At least the wind has now eased and no rain.
  6. Certainly warmer today, permafrost seems to have lifted, but the roads are a mess with holes everywhere. Stole this from the Beeb, but sums up the last week here...
  7. Nice wee dusting this morning covering all surfaces. -2c. Makes a change from the rain last week, oh how I loved driving up and down the m73 & m74 last week.

  10. What an hour, set off for Stirling to drop daughter off and it started to sleet, then this... Must be 3-4 cm already, roads are a giggle is all I can say.
  11. Just back fir the ice and proper snaw, nice wee dusting on all surfaces.
  12. Well as expected, it rained, and still drizzle now. At least it will be an easier drive to Glasgow this afternoon for the ice hockey.
  13. Merry xmas all you Kilties, hope you had a great day. I see met office update to include more of central belt for snaw after 9 tonight. Be great to resister a white Xmas here.
  14. Wet and miserable here, been 6c and horrible most of the week. @Northernlights we were at friends in Edzell last week visiting the new arrivals, and feeding the pregnant ladies.
  15. Made the amusing trip up the Matey to Bannockburn. Best snaw for a few years here.
