  1. One of the best gifts I've received in a long time! A spark plug from the 2005 Minardi F1 car! Actually from the 2004 PS04B chassis but was used for the first 3 races of 2005 🙂

@Katrine Basso & @lassie23 Hope you both had great Christmases too! I had to come home in the end as I got way too tired, and it's impossible to sleep on the kitchen floor which is where I usually get allocated lol. Got 6hrs of sleep back at my dads and planning to go back to my aunts again today

  3. Has anyone ever ordered anything from Brazil before? How long should I expect to wait for delivery, I've ordered a painting which was posted on the 27th of November, and it's been sitting at Brazilian customs now since the 4th, with no further updates, also cannot get any info of which courier will be delivering it in the UK, and calling their office even after getting somebody who could just about speak english got me nowhere.

@Katrine Basso I think the BBC have dumped uploading it separately it in favour of the week ahead forecasts, but it should still be in the countryfile programme upload, means scrolling through the footage to find it though which is a pain!

@Dami, I was looking at doing the same for my birthday last year, for general admission, I think it was about £80 just for the Sunday, but backed out of it due to how crowded it'd be and the amount of time queuing up or having to get there super early! This Williams event is quite good for me in the social aspect, capacity is just 200, and after calling the ticketing office they're nowhere near sold out, likely due to their recent performances lol

was going to go posh for a present for hubs was 1000's

      Essex Easterly

If you don't mind sitting on a camping chair and on the side of a hilly bank then you can get tickets to spectate for around £80 as I said above 🙂 Not sure if the prices have increased, likely as they love to put them up year on year

  10. Offer accepted! Out with dad on the Sunday to the estate agents to sign the contract for a new Bungalow, then it's off to move to Althorne! So I will remain as Essex Easterly. 😛

Lol at least it's a tiny bit more ASL than Pitsea, 38m instead of 21 lol. Went back there today after seeing the estate agents and realised there's a load of trees on the walk path just behind the garden, not allowed to touch them, shouldn't bee too much bother as I'll be mounting the separate anemometer on the side of the roof, ISS at 2m and the camera can go on the side roof too, best of both worlds, accurate readings, plus a sheltered garden from the wind coming over the flat fields. I bet it will be absolutely freezing in an easterly! Will be able to get great cloudscapes, storm timelapses as well as images of the frozen fields in winter, also great for sunrises and sunsets! Hoping to upgrade to a PTZ IP camera so I can remotely pan&tilt it for the website when storms track across the horizon

  12. Mum's only gone and hired the wrong type of skip, the right size but without a drop end door, somehow got to lift rocks almost the same weight as me over the side of it instead of rolling them in now, not impressed 😑

      Why moan at Mum?

If wrong skip get on a deal with it. Not sure if some mum’s know of the different sorts. Why didn’t you help her bearing in mind you experience of such things?

    3. Essex Easterly

      Essex Easterly

@Surrey All together there were roughly 15 rocks, I managed to load all the small ones into the skip, and the larger ones I rolled back down the garden as features, were just impossible to get over the side of the skip, even with the neighbours help.@Snipper I did advise her what was needed at the time but I guess she forgot, I don't live with her and can only help out when I'm around, she's almost impossible to get hold of via the phone lol. All done now though, finally!

Frustrating. My mum doesn’t know who I am so hopefully things are better with yours. Rubbish getting old.

  17. wibbleed off the NHS, going private instead with the priory again, assessment on the 23rd then into rehab :]

  18. Finally got some quetiapine ☺️ just 50mg starter and increase 25 per day, until 450, stay steady until march, then reassessment on the 5th

    1. lassie23

      lassie23

      what's quetiapine

    2. Essex Easterly

      Essex Easterly

mainly for schizophrenia / bipolar but also good for depression and sleep I have none of that but wanted something stronger to calm the intrusive thoughts and to help me sleep, dad came down the clinic with me at the assessment and they wouldn't do anything when I asked them, so he sat in there for 7 hours asking for the doctor every half hour, they eventually gave in an put me on the quetiapine, , it was the key worker that suggested it but doctors were hesitant due to it being addictive, have to see the GP every week until my next detox to make sure theres no issues, otherwise I'll be taken off of it and put on something else

    3. Essex Easterly

      Essex Easterly

Meant I have none of the schiz or bipolar lol ^^^^, depression and sleep issues are what the new pills are being used for, been taken off of everything else until I can get my mind straight and the drink down enough for certain meds to work

  19. Found the last set of keys 😄 Put them in a bag with all the window spacers! Have to hunt for the shed keys today, which I lost yesterday. Seem to be on an endless mission of losing and looking for keys Lol

Probably faster just to grind the padlock off and buy a new one, instead of having the mower destroyed by water leakage lol

    3. lassie23

      lassie23

is your mower an AI one, hopefully, it can become self-aware and move itself

    4. Essex Easterly

      Essex Easterly

Lol the last thing anyone needs are self aware lawn mowers, wake up in the middle of the night with an arm missing

  20. Lost another set of keys 🤬 Off to the house to go hunting for them, I want my memory back 😕

  21. I'm such an idiot, spent the last hour searching the flat for my keys, then see a text on my phone from the doctors stating I left them on the GP's desk, can't go to pick them up cos I can't lock the door 🙄 Both parents at work all day too, think I'll have to get a neighbour to look after the flat and spend a £20 taxi trip to pick them up 😕 gah.. why am I talking to myself 🤪

I have done the same thing last Saturday when I lost my keys in my flat.  Luckily, I found them on the floor in the front room as they must fallen out of my bag.  I am always losing things and finding them in strange places.

    3. Essex Easterly

      Essex Easterly

Haha, keys are one of the worst things to lose, I was going out my mind with worry thinking I'd have to cancel all my appointments next week if I couldn't find them, living in a council flat the council charge £25 for a new set and don't hand them out during weekends! Luckily my mum picked up the keys for me yesterday during GP extended hours, should have them back with me today!
