We had a good frost overnight Friday with ice in places.
Found this out the hard walking across the decking. I'd like to paint an image of a gazelle on the Serengeti but it was more like a hippo on an ice rink.
Good to see the faithful gathering for the winter.

I've always preferred the going to bed And waking to see a snowfall had occurred based on snow at night have often a better chance of sticking.
But (which always negates what goes before)
I loved being up in the morning and it was clear and watching the finest of particles start to a full blown blizzard as it passed.
Really enjoyed today.

Yes I’m eyeing up Ballyclare if things are sleety
Drop me a pm. I'll give you my postcode and number for a socially distanced coffee. Taking lockdown regulations into account of course.

I'm actually loving this dry, cold weather. The mud from last week has dried up well and the ground is froze hard. Overnight low of -2.5c and currently -1.9c.
I'm delighted the mud has dried. Everytime I've walked the dog he needs a shower to wash the muck off.

Max Von Sydow has nothing on me. Been yelling "The power of Christ compels you" for an hour now.

.looks like there's is a man and a young kid hiding in that wall outside your house though
Um... Zoomed in on them. A bit of a shock to see them out there.
I think it's a reflection off the back door from the television.
Does look a bit freaky stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Just had a sneaky peak outside. Slightest layer. Grass looks a white shade of green.
I'll take it.

SNOWMAGEDDEN!!! Shops cleared out etc
That's just Brexit and Covidagedden.
I'm now living with a higher elevation in the snow line I used to look at.
This vid was from a few days ago. Can't remember which one. Post Christmas fog.

Has some sleet/snow this morning too. Tonight looks a decent chance out to the North West, maybe extending into Eastern parts as well.
I love it when you talk weather to me!

There seems to be some little patch of intensity at the very front of that wave. Sort WSW of Lough Neagh??

I'm watching this wave with anticipation.
We have mizzle here.
