However, there will be a trend toward colder weather by the end of the week and into the following week, as winds turn predominately easterly. Cancelled the winter tyres plan, so definitely more than a foot by next weekend.

There is still a couple of days to go - should I purchase some snow tyres, are they helpful or a waste of money? Thoughts please or will it be another false arlarm this winter?
