I get how you feel, i feel the same in the Summer when it nudging 30c for several days. Take one positive though, you can still get a good nights sleep in this weather

Totally agree, already here the light levels are fantastic, mellow, soft and low. That mixed with the change in nature is wonderful, by so far i find this the best season of the year, so much to enjoy.

Got to honestly admit i'm finding this current weather infinitely more comfortable than plus 25 26c in summer. Just feel so much more healthy and alive. But each to their own, we all feel weather differently.

Sheffield may have just dodged the bullet today fingers crossed, Chesterfield has not sadly.

So sad but the fact is lives have and will continue to be lost today due to this extreme weather. Main thing is think and stay safe. This is not a day for farting about and going out if don't have to.

Looks like usual spots in meadowhall basin are now going. Upwell and carbrook are closing down, looks like this evenings rush hour will be a nightmare.

Some very seasonal stormy weather on the cards, out look also looking good for the remainder of October, cool but never cold and a nice variation in weather. Not bad at all!
