according to weathercast radar online , it should be snowing/sleeting over most of Liverpool right now, it does seem to be losing intensity slightly and also breaking up , looks almost like there is a huge clump of ppn that is trying to go in two different directions, if that is the case then I think majority of Lancs are between those two directions , thus majority of us likely to miss the best of what this front has to offer!

Sunny now in Leyland, love the cold but cold rain really isn't my thing, sleet, hail, snow, sunny crisp weather - love them all but not cold rain, there isn't anything worse really, its frustrating when we're only about 1 degree away from it being snow!!

Hi all, newbie here, been following Model thread for years now and have recently moved from Kent to Lancashire (Leyland to be exact) , I wanted to ask a question to those in the know - its been cold rain so far today here in Leyland but does anyone know or feel that the temp will drop later today /afternoon and we might get some snow or am I too low (only approx. 20m asl) to get snow from these showers this weekend?
