    -10oC and now getting fed up with this cold and snow
    Nice ice storm the other night,fortunately we missed the bad stuff.
    But in Arkansas they had a few power lines down and trucks cars stranded on the highways due to over a inch of falling freezing rain
    Our trees here turned like glass which is a sight I have never seen.
    Our next snow event. Number 4 will hit tonight.
    There as been no school all week due to the snow and ice .
    Four snow events so far not including Kansas or St Louis....
    And a few more to come

    EARLY THIS MORNING...WIND CHILLS WILL BE AROUND ZERO IN MANY
    LOCATIONS.

    A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR TONIGHT FOR AREAS ALONG AND
    SOUTH OF A LINE FROM POPLAR BLUFF MISSOURI...THROUGH PADUCAH
    KENTUCKY...TO OWENSBORO KENTUCKY. FROM ONE TO TWO INCHES OF DRY
    POWDERY SNOW ARE EXPECTED IN THE ADVISORY AREA. REFER TO THE
    WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MORE DETAILS.

    .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

    SEVERAL ROUNDS OF SNOW ARE POSSIBLE BETWEEN SUNDAY AND THURSDAY.
    ALL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM A TRACE TO VERY
    LIGHT AT THIS TIME AND SHOULD NOT POSE ANY MAJOR TRAVEL ISSUES.

    Currently 0c and cloudy.
    Heavy rain/sleet through the night with temperature dropping fast.
    Today weather Warning's out for heavy snow through noon to Monday day time.
    Latest radar shows us on the edge of the sleet which is currently turning to snow through Arkansas.

    Update..
    Very heavy snow here...I make it about under an inch per hr.

    A lot warmer today,currently 3c and cloudy.
    Glad its warmer,currently had warnings out for freezing rain.
    Three trough are expected to hit the area,the first possible drizzle.
    The second could turn to freezing rain or snow and the third trough could be heavy snow.
    There is a lot of uncertainty at present and things could change to a non freezing rain or snow event.
    Currently snowing up at St Louis, but I think we are slightly to warm if it makes its way here later this evening.

    So glad its warming up even though its in theory still cold,funny how you think -3 is warm.
    Been extremely cold at night down to -14.
    In the main beautiful sunny blue skies in the day.
    The sun is currently burning all the clouds away fast but we still have a cold wind from the N/W.[attachment=205644:P_20140130_155245.jpg]
