  1. Interesting how I can forecast the weather better for the coming day better than the Met Office and I've not even got a degree, seems crazy! Super computers more like terrible computers!

      Also, with experience which you are thankfully gaining, you will get to know the nuances of your immediate area on various weather type days, more especially in showery set ups which are affected locally by high ground, distance from coast etc.

      Yeah, I can understand why your thankful! LOL! Yeah, like today Dartmoor seems to be killing the energy out of the showers, however on Sunday because the showers were slower moving and formed east of Dartmoor we didn't have that issue.

      I do a lot of nowcasting when I'm on my bike - evading CBs! One of these days I'll get it horribly wrong...

      Today's not a day to do it. Gusty, warm and showery but you can't see the cloud tops. Trying to blow my porch down at the moment - no bike excursion! Tomorrow might be a CB evasion cycle...
