The police in Torquay have just released a statement warning to stay away from the harbour and seafront as it could be extremely dangerous.Don't think I can resist it.

Get a kite, you can fly home:)

Good advice, not to sure about the walking, think it might be safer in the van. Going to play it by ear, if it looks to nasty out there might just give it a miss.

Not going to get washed out to sea, why do people keep saying that

I'll find somewhere good to park, but yea, they may shut the seafront if it gets bad.

I will be sat in a van, the seafront has a wall, will have to be one hell of a wave to take a van in. Besides it's a neep tide so should not be as bad as it gets in the winter.
