It's going to be an agonising wait for many, but it's better to have a small risk than nothing at all? We all have an exciting weather week coming up, some may be left disappointed and some over the moon. We are now in the radar and reports zone....that for me is the buzz. A few miles can really make all the difference.

From now until potential mild I will be closely monitoring the radar and any written Meto forecasts. 4pm Meto key update notes:- Tomorrow - A risk of Wintry showers to parts of the Region Tuesday/Wednesday - Small chance of Snow Showers along the Coast (this has been modelled for a while) It will be a shame if it's a dry but very cold spell, enjoy the ride and good luck all.

I know what you mean! I'm usually all for it but part of me thinks this is the year we could do without it... But...If it's going to happen I'd rather it sooner, will make it feel Festive, Get into the New Year and we can then all start looking forward to Spring/Summer....having had our snow fix! I've a feeling we will be looking on at our Northern and Western friends though, thinking if only!

It'll be interesting to see how long it takes for the cloud to break in some areas this morning, with regards maximum temperature. Here it's currently cloudy and feeling humid. Certainly some interest overnight and early doors tomorrow, much needed decent rain totals for some, also a potential storm risk, but I'll leave that to Eagle Eye and co to give more meat on the bones. Enjoy the ride

I was working in Medway today (Lordswood) on a Landscape project, Had torrential downpour at about Midday, lasted 10 minutes or so, then just a few drizzle outbreaks.....felt unusually nice beig soaking wet in a T-Shirt, Shorts and work boots, but the work boots soon filled up! Smelling rain hit the ground, lovely!
