    Nothing in Hartlepool yet, clouding over so fingers crossed we get something soon

    Quiet in Hartlepool too, other areas said it went quiet before the stronger winds hit

    Seems strong winds here in Hartlepool, very gusty

    We have very murky, muddy looking low cloud over us now and the wind seems to be picking up, not much sunlight is getting through this

    Had a quick pass of thunder, one strike at sea and 2 rumbles. Lets hope more is headed this way!

    can see some impressive buildups to the south but all systems are either heading out to sea here or dissipating by the time they reach us

    It look slike Durham will once again miss out as we have a had a few slight showers and can watch the decent cloud at a distance

    Yeah, its still bone dry and warm here. Theres a cold breeze now and again followed by a humid spell but nothing else

    Haha, if it comes off I think we all may wake up somehow. Given the recent poor forecasting id say it may be a light shower

    What a night to live in Hartlepool, from all the forecasts I can see living at the top of a bank may have been a wise move

    Looks like a huge cumulus headed this way from the south

    yes, right over us here in Stockton, huge isnt it. fingers crossed it unleashes !

    Yes it is very clear, theres a lot of cumulus towers going up over to the west north west

    This must be what i can see out my window, it looks huge.

    lots of cumulus clouds building now near me in Stockon / yarm and they are seemingly huge, what do you look for for good signs ?

    Looks like a quiet night again in East Durham, highlight was a muggy warm hour that seems to have passed, it did feel very uncomfortable but I think thats our lot.

    Very muggy and overcast in east Durham now, slight spitting but no decent downpours yet !

    This is quite good for hpool, I'd say maybe 3cm min at the moment. God only knows what it must be like on high ground inland

    After my no snow reports, glad to say we are in a blizzard at the moment. Looks likely to hold also

    Still nothing here haha. Might get some polystyrene and scrub it together. Very strong winds though so if we do get a decent fall it would be epic
