Stopped in Leicester now. Some nice big flakes this morning. It's not left much a covering, slowly melting away.

Can someone please give an update if it starts snowing in Leicester so I can get up out of bed and look out of the window / lamppost watch

What's the outlook for Leicester today? More snow?

Nothing at all in leics now. Just dull and grey. Can anyone here from Coventry give me an update as to how conditions are there and what is expected overnight pls?

Ah man, there was a period of about 30mins of relatively heavy ish snow. Now it's barely visible from the window. Extremely light now.

Still nothing of note here. It's been snowing very lightly here for a few hours but its not settling. Just looks wet. Is it meant to get any heavier?

The only snow Met Office are forecasting for Leicester now is some light snow at 21:00, with it raining all the way up until 21:00.

I refreshed the page and its still showing as heavy snow for the whole of Sunday. Google 'metoffice Leicester' and click the first link 'Leicester weather forecast'.

Trying not to get too excited but met office have Leicester down for Heavy Snow for the whole of Sunday!

Snowing quite a bit in Leicester but very windy. The snow is travelling completely side ways!
