its like rutting season.. same thing at the same time every year. some people proper get there knickers in a twist. i mean its just a computer showing us what it thinks will happen it doesnt actually control the weather.

Wow if the BBC weather is correct its gonna rain from today until next thursday. cant be right can it? Mild tho so not all bad. the mad house is ticking along with happiness at day 10 charts showing potential for snaw nirvana..

It's bloody freezing out.. cracking day tho.. light breeze which has increased over the last hour.. still plenty of Snaw piles in Asda Huntly car park.. even crunched a couple underfoot just for the fun of it.. ❄❄

Bloody freezing out this morning. Brass Monkeys even. lovely sunrise and just the odd bit of cloud around, i can feel the suns heat thru the windows so its curtains open and heating off.

Pub run special tonight..-11 850's into Scotland from the north.. I wouldn't moan about that as the opening shot of winter...

What a stunning start to the day. and it finally looks like we may get a few dry days on the trot. over in the mad house still no real sign of winter roaring to life so i expect a major snaw event could be some time off but you never know in this game as things change very quickly.

Hi everybody. Love this thread and look in often and trying hard to learn from all that's posted in here.. I see a lot of posts saying na this pattern isn't any good or we will get nothing from this set up.. all I will say is that in the last 48 hours we have had floods, sunshine, heavy frost and now Snaw none of it modelled apart from frost. So please keep up the good work in here and for you Snaw addicts here are some pictures of my view this morning enjoy.

Well my area is down for snaw overnight, if it happens it will be the 3rd snaw fall that ive woken up to and its not even winter yet. a good start i would say. NOW BRING ME MY SNAW!!!!!

Well after yesterdays monsoons and flooding this morning we woke to SNAW that left the lightest of dustings that melted the second the sun touch it. but its clinging on in the shade.. game on now and the real hunt starts now.

Roads around Huntly toward Forgue and Largue and Banff are flooded passable with care but will probably get worse over the next few hours..
