The level of knicker wetting in the mad house over the gfs doing what the gfs does.... It's blooming cold and after a couple of milder days we are going cold cold cold.... Bring it on i say.

Snaw is falling... very gentle light snaw but snaw is snaw..

Yes i noticed the same when taking the dug out for a pee.. clear skies could a see the stars etc.. but definitely something falling from the sky...i do think/hope we are in the sweet spot the next few weeks and we will get buried in snaw...

Log store full... heating oil ordered 64.49p a litre very happy with that price... Freezer is full, pantry is full and back up fridge is full.. So now lets be having you Snaw.. Also @Hawesy are you doing a snaw amount totals post for this upcoming epic winter spell?

Well that's enough of the mad house for me... Now things are in sight this is the place to be... bloody cold out there today and long may it continue BBC has me down for 5 days of snaw falling from this coming weekend i will happily take that as a starting point.. Now Bring Me My Snaw...

I think a white Christmas was well advertised by the models a long way out for some parts of Scotland.. and i can confirm that it has indeed been snawing for a few hours here now. Never too early... i had a beer with my breakfast ( left over cold pizza).. its Christmas, perfect excuse for day drinking... Sleet with the odd snaw flake mixed in... cold though and wondering if the snaw will come on once darkness is here... Happy Christmas to you all..

Meanwhile here in Scotland.. happy Christmas to all of you in here.. fingers and toes crossed that the models begin to firm up on a patern change over the festive period and we can all comeback for the new year with winter wonderland charts a plenty.. upgrades a plenty and now dramas about uppers..

Sleety pish is what i would call it... the odd big flake mixed in.. and my app is now saying 16cm overnight so now i trust it even less... i have set my alarm for 6am to check and if there be snaw on the ground im waking the kids up and going out in it, might be the only chance i get this winter...

My weather app has just informed me im to expect 13cm of snaw tonight and into tomorrow morning.. .. im not buying that. Happy Christmas to everybody in here, stay safe, enjoy special times with family and friends. See you all in the new year.

Unbelievable here... the entire cold spell ive dodged the showers apart from 2 really short ones right at the start... and now i have -1c and raining.. Im checking out until the next cold spell looks like its coming..

Very light snaw falling here from the smallest of showers... the North sea looks loaded... but with temps due to rise... will it be white or will it be sh1te...?? Get the feeling ice could be the biggest problem come the morning..

Well this cold spell has been crud..2 snaw showers and everything else has gone left or right of me... and then over night everything died as soon as it got close... Can't help but think I've upset the snaw God's somehow... Winters over... toys and prams at the ready...

Its like the A96 has turned into the M4 here big heavy showers dying as they hit the road... literally never seen anything like it... thats it where are the toys and the pram..

The odd snaw shower here today.. but the dusting we have has slowly disappeared... fingers crossed we can get some more the next few days... A very cold weekend ahead..
