They usually reserve these headlines for late November!
Unless it's Birmingham Live who will headline it "met office give EXACT time snow to hit" then promptly not give an exact time as not say snow will hit

This Sunday event had better happen now, I’ve used my free hit on fantasy football to remove all players from Sunday’s north west derby games in the faint hope of clawing back some points on everyone else when they get called off ?

Sat with the back doors open in wythall and can see distant flashes of lightning to the south, sure seen about 4 now, no thunder tho
-
I left the phone on time lapse last night hoping to get one of those nice sunsets where the clouds al light up red, didn't quite happen but still was pretty cool to see how the clouds moved on what looked a still night. This was taken in Wythall over about 45 mins

Just driven home from folks over in Aldridge to Solihull, the rain north of Birmingham was unbelievable, died down a bit city centre then picked up again buy the cricket ground. The road leading up to Kings Heath (Russell road I think) was like a river

Seen pictures from East Sussex and been outside looking here (wythall) but no joy, bit hazy so unless I get off my backside to the lickey hills doubt will see them
-
Has anyone spotted the northern lights South of brum tonight?
-
Maybe I did see it then, no train lines near me so can't be that, glad eyes not playing tricks on me
-
Has anyone just seen a flash of lightning around the Solihull area, having a fag at the back door, not really paying attention and swear I seem one

Cheers guys, she's travelling up by train so should hopefully avoid the usual rush hour chaos on the road when it snows. Sounds like not to bad at the moment, but chance could be a pain later
